Cancelled/Rescheduled Games

Cancelling Games

If the field is NOT playable the Home Team Coach must do the following:

- Contact the Umpire Assignor in your Association to cancel the umpire(s).

- Contact the Visiting Team Coach at least 90 minutes before game time.

- Email scoreswpgminorbaseball@gmail.com with notice of rain out.
(**NOT APPLICABLE FOR LOCAL 11U A and 13U A leagues).

- Contact the League Convenor within 24 hours.

Rescheduling Games

 - Contact visiting coach to find dates that work for both teams

- Ensure the field is available for the proposed date(s) with your local CC

- Contact Umpire Assignor to schedule Umpires (Jared Carlberg)

- Contact League Convenor with the the new date and Location (If Applicable)
